ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

I. Republic Metals Corporation is committed to continual improvement Environmental Management System, which includes the following:

1) Prevention of pollution and continued improvement of it.

2) Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and county safety and environmental rules and regulations.

3) Efficient use of energy and raw material.

4) Meet or exceed the environmental requirements of other organization to which Republic Metals Corporation subscribes.

5) Provide a safe environment for all employees.

To sustain this commitment, the requirements of the Environmental Management System described in this Manual Applies to all activities, equipment, material and employees.

II. The Company's Environmental Manager is the Organization's EMS Management Representative and also the Environmental Manager who has the responsibility and authority to plan, enforce, and maintain the company's Environmental Management System. This responsibility also includes the following:

1) Stoppage of activities that deviate from the requirement of this Manual.

2) With the assistance of the Environmental Task Group, will propose annual targets and objectives to be approved by the Management Review Board.

3) Communicate our commitment to safety and environmental commitment to employees, vendors, customers and the public.

The EMS Management Representative may delegate some of this authority downward through the organization in order to effectively implement the system.

III. This Environmental Policy Statement shall be reviewed yearly and previous copies retained for one year.
